I've noticed this a few times now. Seems to be only when I run the A/C. I'll drive for a short or long amount of time, doesn't seem to matter, and when I turn the car off, get out and close the door, the car hisses like something is getting on the header or exhaust. It sounds like its coming from the passenger side near the firewall, which led me to believe it was just some condensation off of the a/c lines or something. So I didn't think much of it. And I really couldn't see much because its so cramped on that side especially.
Past 2 weeks the car has been having a random stalling problem. Again it seems to be when the A/C is on or has been ran earlier. That might just be coincidence though because its been hot here lately so its been on most the time.
Doesn't seem to be any pattern to it as far as when its not warmed up, or been driving awhile. More so when its already warmed up and at operating temp though. But it always happens when I put the clutch in and pull the car out of gear. The Rpm's just slowly drop and then off. Kind of a pain in the ass when your trying to yeild at high speed lol. I'm trying to get some time on the dyno with my tuner to see if somethings gone goofy, thought I would ask here too.
-The car doesnt have a killer chiller, or any cooling mods for that matter which I have to do something about.
-Kooks longtubes and catless X
-Only 44,000 Kilometers, so I dunno 20 something thousand miles.
Any idea's? I thought maybe the hissing was a common thing with LT's?
