I got the K-40......and never leave home with it off !!
And I only go +10 mph over the speed limit at night for that very reason (you can't see Choppers or FHP very well).

I guess you just took one for the team !

I guess you can tell the judge you will now buy a foreign and HUGE SUV that can't go faster than 65 mph .

Go to court early and reschedule your appearance, tell the judge you have work related issues and have to go out of town. You are legally allowed to postpone once that will give you a chance of the officer not showing up for the second appearance1!!
