Only thing I don't like about it is that the pre cut doesn't cover the whole lower lip of the exhaust cutouts in the lower piece. Why would they not cover that part and just go to the top lip of it?

It would make installation more difficult for the average person - It would be no problem to cut one with that extra material - just let me know if you are interested.
