yeah that is a nice thing about rope. Also heat will lower the capacity of the rope too.

It just never does well in the South. With the cable snapping you just need a decent dead weight on it to help.

Go with the synthetic rope. I have seen plenty of rock crawling recoveries done using it, pulling some big buggies out of ugly spots. Like said above, use some common sense when rigging and you will be fine. Plus it looks cooler. LOL

That is my deuce for sale on the DFW stangs website...someone needs to buy it!!! it is fun but the first time i took it out i got it stuck and had to pay a wrecker to pull me out...nothing else could pull it out of my mud hole at the time...

no..I bought mine from someone local that had already put the 47" military tires on it...These things are SOOOO much fun!!! just make sure you arent the only one mudding in case you get stuck...its nice to have someone bigger than you to pull you out
