I just put my 14 GT500 blower in to my 07 it feels like a Freight train Bj did really good job with my email tune. What rwhp you guys think I'm making with this set up? My mods are listed on my signature.

No BAP. Yes 93 octane also 100 octane.
640 whp is my guess --- get a Bap
650ish get a Bap and 72 injectors and hit 700.
The posts above are pretty spot on. I put on a FRPP TVS in May and made 660 with a 10% lower and no BAP.

No but those a lower pulley and better fuel will.
I could be wrong but BAP or larger injectors are for safety with ur current setup but will help make more power when u do more mods.
2010 here with a SVT TVS, 2.4" pulley, JLT 123mm, FR twin 65mm TB, 52lb injectors and LT headers. Ran slightly lean above 6K, pulled 703WHP on 91 Octane. No BAP. Added ID 1000 to correct the lean ratio, issue solved.

Fiancee's '08 put down 643/608 with a TVS, 56lb injectors, 123mm JLT CAI, and FRPP twin-65mm TB.
No BAP.
Showed 17psi.
Bought the TVS used, previous owner said the elbow has had a slight port job.
Tuner said the TVS with stock pulley on a 5.4 usually pushes 15 psi, so that elbow might've helped a bit.
Datalog showed both the injectors and the fuel pump at 94-96% duty cycle, so if/when we go for more power, we'll do new injectors, a BAP, and smaller pulley.
Car's still running factory cats/exhaust, except GT500KR mufflers.
No BAP.

What pulley are you running on that setup? I have a 2007 with the 13/14 TVS, 2.5" Pulley, Twin 67MM TB, VMP Elbow, 123mm JLT and 56# injectors and was wondering where I might be with HP. Sounds like you may have basically the same setup.
I am. No heat issues but a good upgrade if your running it on the track. We don't have one locally...just street fun.
Stock pulley for the '13-'14 TVS, or so we've been told. Haven't measured it yet.
