Need a built bottom end

I have no compression in cylinder 4. Could be a leak head gasket etc. but gonna go ahead a rebuild the bottom end.

I called a local performance shop who acts like they are to busy to give me an estimate. The hell with them.

Any body have any suggestions on who to call or use? I love in Oklahoma and willing to send motor or trailor it. Thanks

5k is my budget. I called mannys yesterday. Was supposed to call me back but never did.

JDM builds their motors in their shop Im pretty sure. JLP and WMS may farm them out somewhere (im not 100% on that) but engines are available through them.

Manny's is known for being impossible to get ahold of sometimes and some guys on other boards have had mixed results with his motors.

a lot of guys in the south east (especially florida) seem to use MRP racing engines (mustang performance racing). They are doing the motor for my Mach

IIRC Manny(MHP) had issues with the heads in their builds, not so much with the internals.

I got a shortblock from them 4 years ago. 70k+ miles later the shortblock is still holding up.

However, I'm not sure if they got worse in quality since 2011. Getting ahold of somebody was tough to do.
