need expert help about teksid block`

i have a engine that is supposed to b a teksid block. however it have a date tag of 11/2004.

i have searched all over the internet and based on the data it looks like all other teksid pics. but the date tag says otherwise.

i cant post attachments but have pics to send if needed.
