Need help choosing

2008 Shelby 80,000 miles with new 3000 miles Cobra jet engine and new 1000 HP tranny. Updated suspension and brakes about 3 years ago. Has all receipts and original owner. 740 rwhp convertible, triple black, painted about a year ago. No accidents, daily driver. Slight tear in driver seat. $36,500.

2008 Shelby 11,000 miles, 3rd owner has had it for 3 months, recently bought a Vettte 427 and thinking of trading it in for a ZL1. Upgraded suspension, and brakes, after market wheels, interior in great shape. 640 rwhp also triple black and convertible. $39,500

What are reasonable prices to offer for both? I think stock rear for both.
