From what I read you need to do a crank sensor relearn after a clutch install......

Sounds like you didn't do the crankshaft relearn.

Dealer, or tuner with factory software setup. Also referred to as IDS.

depends on your mods.
mine, with the jlt runs like crap on stock tune(itried it) thought it wouldnt make it around the block.
i would put the stock filter back in and stock tune.
