Need help with 03 GT

My wife has an 03 GT that hasn't really been driven in prob 2 years and we are having some issues with it.

It is sometimes hard to crank but once it started it was running a little rough. We put new plugs and a fuel filter in it today and it runs and idles smooth but as soon as you hit the throttle it stalls out and dies.
I took the IAC off and cleaned it also.

Any other ideas as to what it could be

Does it have 2 year old gas in it?

I'd put a pump in it

Have you tried slightly increasing the throttle, and does it stall?

If you ease into the throttle it will Rev with no problem

Sounds like bad gas in the system still 2 years is a long time to watch
