California is a lost cause. By doing this, they are just going to make the majority even poorer. In highly densely populated LA, many people can't park next to their apartment or house....how is this going to work with recharging. And I'm sure every bit of energy coming out of the plug that goes into your EV is 100% green, not a change. Just an elsewhere polluter!
