New cobra owner.. Boost issue ** Video **

Hello all, I am a brand new cobra owner. Bought a 03 silver with 78,000 miles. Has a intake filter, 2.93 pulley and magnaflow catback. Really loving this car! I have noticed my boost drops quite a bit, wanted to show a video and see if this is normal for these cars... This looks like an awesome forum and glad I could join the family!

Could be belt slip caused by the smaller pulley. Do you have an additional idler like a Metco or BF?

I do not have an additional idler, I was just looking at them. How do you figure out the belt size I would need If I get a 100mm idler?

Just checked out the Billet Flow page, very nice product.. Whats the advantage of upgrading all the pulleys to the 90mm and 100mm over the stock pulleys? Or should I just try a idler?

You shouldn't need an idler pulley with a 2.93 upper only. Try a new Gates Green Stripe belt, I think it is a 74" for a stock lower, the Gates part number ends in HD. Visit CobraBob's website he has a belt guide.
