Are all of the ecu's the same in the 03 cobras? Thought about buying an extra one for chip just in case something happens then maby you could exchange the ecu and take it to dealer.just a thought:shrug:

Why not just take out the chip and reset the ecu by disconnecting the battery??
Because you have to scrape off the protective coating to install the chip, which would leave a tell-tale that you messed with the PCM.

would a dealer go so far as to check the ecu though?? I had three engines replaced in my 01 cobra and they never checked :shrug:
I dunno, I am gun shy about putting a cat-back on my car though. I hate fighting the dealer about warranty crap. Been there, done that. Not fun.:bash:
