New f150 owner, recommended power upgrades

Hello I have recently bought a 2000 Ford lightning with 160k miles. I would want to do some performance upgraded without changing much my setup. My question is, is it safe to add a lower pulley and not change anything? Also where can I find these lower pulleys as I cant seem to find any. I want to have a safe increase in boost with stressing the engine. Thank you.

I'm sure you'll need a tune at least to run that pulley. Maybe a MAF depending on how much room you have. I'd replace the fuel pump just to be safe. Things wear out.

To be safe I’d do the fresh pumps as mentioned, tr6 plugs, 4 or 6 lower (try metco) and a tune. Can’t remember if you need the maf or not.

Not sure how much OP knows, but this is the transmission valve body. Can you even find this stuff?

Both the ones you mentioned are still making them. I picked one up from Punisher back in October of 2022.
