Factory fuel pumps and BAP are not keeping up with simple smaller pulley tune. Can't see going more than a home port in the next year or two so can't really justify $1K+ on a return style fuel setup to run e85. Any other suggestions as it seems these pumps have been on backorder for months with no actual end in site other than them continually pushing them out one month at a time?

My stock pumps + BAP are totally fine at 500w. I have DW340s with a modified FPDM going in before I put my KB on.
Yep, you only need a BAP for a pullied terminator. It is a viable solution. Agreed, return is overkill. Having said that, the (my) preferred method is better pumps over a BAP. Looks like Lethalperformance has the standard GT pumps in stock. I wouldn't be stuck on a newer pump as these are more than adequate for you application. I have been running them for over 100k miles (with additional mods). They will support 600+ HP.

You have to remember these cars are getting old. Things wear out. Pumps won't always work 100%.
