I started porting the inside and said "what the hell" and cut off the EGR and grinded all the casting marks on the outside. Bringing it to work tomorrow to fill in the EGR hole.

Plan is to port inside, sand smooth and paint the plenum(not sure which color) and polish the 3 lips on the top of it.

wow man...thats a lot of work! hope it ends up being worth it! keep us updated, at the least i'm sure it will look 1000x better

Its not about the power gains just doing something a little different. It should look better and may produce couple if any HP.
