hmm, i'm still weary of the pod falling, cameras aren't cheap and I don't think having the camera outside of your car and falling off at 140MPH on the interstate is covered under warranty....

R3D_94_C0BRA - the sticky pod comes with a thether for the camera. Of course I wouldn't want my camera to fall off and dangle on my door scratching the paint either.

True. I think i might just give this product a shot and let ya guys know how it goes. The tripod version of it (cheapest available) is $59, which is an all right deal for a couple plates of steel and some aluminum tubing, heh.
