Here is my stock-ish 2007 Type-S. Slightly over 22k miles now.

very nice i like those cars alot! manual or auto?

I'm pretty sure they only come with paddle shifters... could be wrong though.

That's a nice car man, any interior shots?

Me and my wife were checking out used cars the other day and drove a TL (not a type S) and it felt a lot better than the BMW 328 that we had tried the same day, smoother, more comfortable, silent, etc... far superior imo.

Nice car, what do you think of the ride comfort/seats? performance ect? i have been really thinking about one lately.

Coming from my 95 GT to this it's like night and day. I would describe the ride as perfect, IMO. It is firm but not bone-jarring like the 'Stang is. The seats are AMAZING. They are comfortable and the butt warmers are a nice creature comfort.

Performance is great. The Type-S motor and trans comes from the RL so you get the 3.5 liter v-6 (as opposed to the 3.2 in the base TL) and either a 6-speed manual or a 5-speed auto w/ paddle shifters. 286 hp/ 256 lb torque. The Type-S also comes with 4 piston front Brembos which stop in a hurry. I get anywhere from 30-33 mpg on the highway at 65-70 mph.

The Type-S gets the following as standard over the base TL: Navigation, red gauge and accent lighting, custom foot pedals, Type-S front headrests, 2-tone leather seats, carbon fiber interior trim pieces and different door panels, Brembo front breaks, diff. suspension components, RL motor and trans, headlights/taillights/side marker lights, decklid spoiler, quad exhaust, wheels.

Check out Acurazine.com if you want to learn more. Simple exhaust and intake will put it over 300 hp. A couple guys have supercharged theirs but being as these are high compression motors the kinks are still being ironed out. I hope in 4-5 years to turbo it if there is a proven modding route by then.

What makes is "stockish?"

I worked at Acura for 5 years... no thanks to that car... The TSX on the other hand... Especially the new ones... Still expensive but not as much as the TL

It's stock. All I've done is tint and swap to led bulbs inside and license plates. Plus, I put a 3000k hid kit in the fogs. Were you a tech at Acura or sales? Not sure I'm following where you're going with those comments?
