We just signed on 2 acres to say good bye to this city.And here's the reason I picked this property over all the others I cant even imagine the builds that are about to take place here!

Lift going in before anything,but yes a complete concrete driveway is in the future

Nice! A detached shop was my non-negotiable when my wife and I were shopping for our farm in 2019 and we have a 30x30 with tall ceiling Shop that I’m just now renovating to make it more of a “project garage”. 2 post and 4 post lift planned, currently doing LED lighting and hard air lines. By end of summer it’ll be ready for a couple terminators!

Lookin forward to updates on your shop build because I know I’m enjoying the hell out of mine
