Very nice looking truck. I go back and forth on selling mine with what these trucks are going for these days. I love the truck but would also like a 10 speed. Keep it stock and work on that suspension is my advice.

That is sharp. Where are you moving to? I live in PC too, and remember you at the dealer. I've bought like 6 vehicles there.

Thank you !

Well I plan to be conservative with the truck so hope to have it many many years !

Truck is currently at my mechanics shop to do a general safety check, find why the horn isn’t working and to raise the coil overs.

The shop wants me to flush the brake fluid, pwr steering fluid, change out the tranny fluid and change out the rear differential fluid. Says it is quite old looking. The brake fluid is the worse they say. It’s a shop that I took my 92 F 250 and did a ton of work on it there. after I spent a small fortune buying the truck, last thing I want to tell wifey is I have a $1500 safety check bill ! What does the forum think about what the tech is saying above ? I can show pictures ( they take a ton of pictures ! )

The horn is not working because of a defective clock spring. Place where I bought is shipping me a new one to be installed. Suspension is another issue.

Lastly, I do have concerns with the suspension. I think the previous owner dropped the truck especially in the rear to the literal frame/bump stops. I need to talk to the tech who I know well and trust. He thinks some pieces our missing and I especially don’t like the rear brake line semi-crimping like that. I was told the truck has coil overs which can be raised. I would think the tech would know what a coilover is. He stated there is NO adjustment so I will have to get a better feeling and put hands on the rear especially to see what’s going on.(pictures attached)
