how do u determine the pound....measuring the diameter of the pulley

yes... id tell you but i forgot what sizes are what... do a search on "pulley sizes" or something like that and youll prolly find your answer

7.5 inches = stock
8.0 = 2lbs
8.25 = 3lbs
8.5 = 4lbs
8.75 = 5lbs
9.0 = 6lbs
9.50-9.75 = 8lbs

i got a 9.75 lower pulley...the question is it came with a belt but will it fit my stock upper pulley? and would it be ok to put a 9.75 with a safe dyno tune and diablo chip?

8 lower without a Ported blower, or even with one, is really pushing it.

Yea, either a 4 or 6 lower should be fine granted you get a good tune.
Change the plugs to TR-6's Gapped around .034--.036
You don't have to get an aftermarket boost gauge but it wouldn't be a bad purchase.

Stay with 2.93 and like said 4 or 6 lb lower. Lethal performance or Metco is where I would check out pricing.
