I am not sure but shouldn't there be some play in the clutch because mine is hard. I have a zoom clutch also I had to pry the cable into the fork. Where is the adjustment and how do I adjust it. It's a 97 cobra

The cable shouldn't be loose, it needs to keep some tension on the fork against the pressure plate. Enough to keep the fork/clutch pedal from vibrating.
It has a lot of pressure enough to think it would slip I literally had to pry the cable into the fork. I don't think I should have a lot of play but a little.
Did you just replace the cable or clutch assembly or thats how you've been driving it?
Well I just figured it out just pull the pedal up and it will adjust itself.
