well.. to keep it simple.. Ford scred me over.. and i opted to give the Cobra back rather than go with the interest rates they were proposing.. it seems if your new to this country (I am Australian and been here 2 years) then you cant possible buy something nice.

So.. thanks for the tips and the reading.. and so long, I'm done with FOMOCO, Freedom Ford in Clearwater and Cobras.. there were too many issues with what is supposed to be a top of the line car anyhow.

Take care .

Damn man! Sorry to hear that. What was the main deciding factor for you?

So far mine has been very nice, except for the vibe...

Hope I don't get to that point as well.

Take care

Have you tried financing at a bank or credit union? You don't have to finance your car from the dealer.

Well that sucks.....

I can imagine your frustration....

OTOH... what interest rate were you being offered?

How old are you?

What credit rating do you have?

A tough fact in today's credit filled world....
You can be the best dude in the world... but if your credit is screwed up .. or if you haven't established any credit rating.. you can't get the good rates.

Did you try any credit unions? What about People First online?
