Non slip pulley question

With a 2.8 pulley would you still need a auxiliary idler or will the non slip pulley be fine? Any help would be great!!!!:beer:

Will the belt still slip with the non slip pulley and no idler is the question? The abover post makes it seem as though I am a moron with no comunication skills. Sorry!!!!!

03silverdrop, with the size 2.80" Regular or Non-Slip pulley designs, it is always better to use a Idler Pulley Kit, to assure maximum belt wrap under wide open throttle responses. Check it out here:

I agree. While non-slips help eliminate belt slip, they don't replace an idler kit which maximizes belt wrap.

True....... You want the belt to spin as much and as fast as possible to obtain maximum boost. By adding the Idler Kit you reduce belt slip and add belt wrap. Be sure to check with Terry at SFPH to get the right belt size.
