I don't know how efficient that turbo setup would be. I would think that with a setup like that, the header wouldn't scavenge exhaust gasses very well. Low exhaust velocity means less flow volume (m^3/s), which means lag and ineffective boost levels. A larger single turbo setup with a good turbo header would probably be more efficient and make more power.
