Is “prolly” a redneck thing, an ebonics thing, or just a general dumbass spelling of the word probably?

I'm going with the general dumbass option and adding in a hint of laziness. In my experience, "prolly" is usually used by young (<25) people who are totally lost on grammar and the English language. Plus, ya know, who has time for words these days.
