O/D light flashing

i was driving my 02 L when all of a sudden it turned off at a red light when I started it back up the OD light was flashing I didn't know what it was till I did a Google search and found out it had to do with transmission codes , I plugged my sct handheld and got the fallowing codes :
P0232
P1224
P0353
P0740
P0743
P0750
P0753
P0755
P0758
P1747
P1754
P1760
P0440
P1451
Now before this my truck had no issues I barley did a dyno tune 3weeks ago ,
As for mods it has full bolt ons
In cooler pump stopped working after this happen
Transmission need replacing?

my first guess is your trans harness is routed wrong/not secured and melted on the exhaust

Since I installed long tubes I removed the passenger wheel well and inspected the trans harness but it was tucked behind the head no were near the header it seemed to be ok

i didnt run all those codes but if you have transmission issues and there are O2 sensor codes and I think evap codes as well, you have a harness issue

All those codes are 99% a harness issue. Check the wiring near your o2
