Take it to a machine shop and have them remove them. It'll probably be cheaper than selling this blower and buying another one.

Then why was it designed for 10 if you only need 7? That's like a car I just finished, some moron broke a lower intake bolt and instead of removing and putting in a new bolt he glued the head of the bolt to the lower intake. Some people should not be allowed to buy tools.

Do it right or don't do it at all

Stiegmeier will remove these broken bolts when they port a blower.

Mount the intercooler on the bottom of the blower then with it as 1 drill new holes for whatever thread pitch you want. Pick the same or something different. Then you just clearance the i/c flange and tap your new threads in the wall of the blower. You just need to have the new hole somewhat in the middle of the material to mount it to. Those old holes won't hurt a thing.
