Only idles when cold

So I've developed an issue where it only idles when cold. As it warms up it straight dies unless I use the throttle pedal a little bit. It doesn't even try to idle. I've tried multiple IACs. There's no vacuum leaks that I can find. I was going to hook up a vacuum gauge and when I removed a line and introduced a vacuum leak it seemed to idle.

Thoughts?

Any chance the O2 harnesses could have gotten swapped around recently? I reversed mine and it would run perfectly until it tried to go open loop and then it would die

I haven't touched O2 sensors or any wiring recently
