Someone tried, otherwise they wouldn't know it offers "a lot of pain for very little gain." I'm sure when this was in development someone working on it said "hey I wonder what would happen if..."
How long till they start snorting it.

Supposedly it's already legal in Europe. Supposedly, again, there are videos of said fools snorting the powder. I heard about it on the radio on my way to work, but I'm not about to look up videos of people snorting powder at work...
Approval was in error. Don't expect to see it on the shelves anytime soon.
