Part number / part location help urgently needed

Guys,

The shop that is working on getting my car back together can't find a part. It's the black pipe with the pressure release valve in it that runs under the supercharger snout. It is circled in the picture below:

According to the shop, they have ordered the part listed for the 2004 Cobras and it does not fit. If anyone has any information that can help me, it will be greatly appreciated.

If thats the water supply tube there is no valve.

That black pipe runs all all the way to the other side of the block and connects to the radiator hose and heat exchanger hose. You should be able to get that part number from any Ford dealer. Just have them pull up the schematic online. Sorry I can't help more.
