I've seen a Silver 99-04 'vert with Work Emotion CR wheels and it's led me to want to see more. Someone out there has to have bitten the bullet and chose high end forged wheels from Japan.

I have SSR's on my car and i've seen a Mustang running Enkeis before. I think they only weigh like 21 pounds each.

Enkei RPF1's? It sounds like it would look good and they are indeed very light.

These are SSR Comps 9.5 X 18 all the way around. I think they're about 18 lbs. each.

Most wheels in America are Japenese or made in China you have to get more specific like "Tuner wheels" on a mustang

I'm at work and can't access my photobucket, but here are a few pics from what I have on facebook. These wheels weren't exactly lightweight like I thought, but they were high quality, looked great, and got a ton of looks and comments from passers by ("are those really Work wheels on a mustang?"). Also, the 18x9.5" with a +20 offset fit great on all 4 corners with a wide 275 Yokohama AVS ES100 tire.

The wheels are more expensive than your normal saleen/cobra/FR500 replica wheels, but not nearly as bad as True Forged, or any of those custom companies out there. I got mine from a vendor on an Evo forum for around $1300 shipped because I've been a member there for a while. Look around on the 350Z or Evo forums since all their vendors specialize in these Japanese wheels, plus they use the same sizes as a Mustang, so many vendors will have the fitment you want in stock (and not take 3 months to ship from Japan).
