This all started with my poorly worded request, but I must say IMO that looks pretty dam good, different is sometimes cool. I hope nobody is "Reloaded" I dont want any more shots fired my way, friendly fire only! LOL :lol1:

wanted to bump this ancient thread as I've recently had a local shop here in the chicagoland area make this hood a reality for me. It's going on my "bastard" 01 bullitt that has a 01 cobra bumper/03 cobra fogs, v6 rear bumper and now this hood. here's a few pics should find its way into paint in the next two weeks or so.

if I had it my way I would've kept the stock hood to keep some more original stuff on the car but with the blower I was forced to get something with a cowl of some kind to gain some clearance and in the end I love the look of it and it beats the hell out of having to buy a traditional cowl hood.

sorry for all the crappy cell phone pics but will get some more if people are interested in seeing it. but as mentioned, finished product wont be for a couple weeks. car goes on the dyno next weds and paint will be figured out after that.

lol i thought about it but I figured there was already a thread on the topic why need two. I've had this thread bookmarked for a year to keep me motivated to get this hood and not stray to just buying a run of the mill cowl
