Yeah, they look a little small compared to my MMFLSFC's.
I can lift anywhere on them. Also they were only $179.

Yes, they are designed to be used as jacking points anywhere along the structure.

GW subs are full length connectors and actually thicker tubing than MM uses. GWs are .125" thick 1-5/8" diameter tubing. If you don't get the competition connectors, that go out to the frame rails, they're only $145
