He was running 10.2 - 10.5! He put it back on the trailer after he missed a couple of shifts.

I never saw him run all out. Did anyone else? On the run he spanked the TA I think he did a 10.50, right?

If I remember correctly, I have a low 10 at 143 or so on video. It was one of the first two runs, I think.

It's an 01 996 TT with a built motor and upgraded turbo's. It's also been converted to RWD. It makes 650hp on pump gas and 830 on race gas, which is what he was running at the track. The car was built by a company called Protomotive in Arkansas I think. He has made me feel like I was driving an escort on the street more than a few times! Haha

He was not trying to have a good reaction time, obviously. He just wanted to get the best Et and MPH possible. He was having traction issues in 2nd gear, so he was short shifting and granny shifting the 1-2 to see what would work best. He was racing the car exactly how he drives it on the street, except for the race gas of course. It's a very impressive car and unfortunately he has never missed a shift while racing me!
