Pony Projector image is distorted

Pony projectors are displaying the pony like it was just strapped with C4 and blown to bits. It looks really shitty. Are there any options out there to just have these replaced? Are they the projector lens themselves or the plastic covering etched with the pony symbol? I will have to get pictures if nobody knows what I'm talking about. A google search didn't yield me too many results. Most people said to take it to the dealer and have them replaced. Well, I'm 900 miles outside of my warranty...I have an extended warranty, but I'm not paying a $250 deductible for this.

Any ideas?

Had mine replaced twice. If they screw up again I'll delete the damn things.

Mine are starting to show some additional light, the pony itself is fine, but theres some more stuff happening around it now. luckily im only at 19k miles i'll have to have em replaced
