Ported intake results with dyno charts on the same day

Well there is the simple proof that the PP intakes do produce gains. I knew my butt-o-meter was right. Thanks for your post.

Just go back from the track. Ran a new best. 2-10th faster. Changes were PP intake and upgraded from a 3/8ths inch spacer to a 3/4 inch spacer.

I agree to. Yes it got removed from their. How do you provide proof of no results with diff a/f ratio's and not tuning. Sorry bro but we put a NAZMAN ported intake on a friends car and moved the A/F back to where it was before and gained 14hp/4trq to the rear wheels. That is not even tuning just changing A/F. When he tuned he got 19whp/8wtrq. WITHOUT THE SPACER. He added the spacer and retuned and gained 7whp and 2wtrq. Sorry but dont bring this thread over here hoping you get respect when it got murdered on one of the most respected mach1 sites out. O-well nice try. Should have provide correct results.

+1 I was just going to say, this thread was the same one that got locked down at M1R.

I dont believe one bit that with a ported intake you see less hp compared to a stock intake.

the fawking AFR's are all over the place.....FAIL.

A for the effort but geeez if you were gonna go through the trouble you should have had the AFR's at least in line with each other.....But I guess it does prove that a ported intake does make power....

Shayne/DanB at HPP need to learn to use their dyno properly before posting results like this. What a joke....

They're not at HPP. DanB runs PSR in Arizona. HPP is in Lewisville, TX.

Just clearing that up for everyone.
