it will.....


The butt dyno says it helped a good measure..That was on a n/a cobra. It came off a 04 cobra.

I am near 100% certain it will bolton to a 98-04 4v... same bolt pattern.

I am sure, if tuned, you could squeeze a bit more power out of it.

But it is not necessary to get a re-tune after this is installed.
