Possible blower snout leak?

I rarely drive this car anymore as I can't afford the hefty fuel cost so it sits in the driveway under a car cover a lot. Popped the hood to clean it up a bit today after driving it and noticed what looks like some oil leaking under one of the snout bolts. Trying to upload pics but tapatalk is giving me issues.

It looks moist, but is it actually dripping? Maybe you need to drive it more! I wouldn't sweat it to much unless it's dripping.

I just replaced the blower snout on my M-122 on my GT500. The snout bearing went bad and got tired of cleaning it.

How would I know if it went bad? Its been making like light rock crushing noises for over a year.
