(Post radio install)Electrical issues w/ wind shield wipers & stereo

So this last weekend ive been working on getting a stero in the cobra. I've got everything all wired up correctly (or atleast i think so), and everything works great while the car is sitting there and idling, but the second the car starts to move the whole stero system (including deck) shuts off. Any one have any clue why?

Also, i noticed that my windshield wipers and cruise control wont work at the moment. Any one know if that might be related to the problem with the stereo?

Already checked the fuses, and they all seem to be ok.

Ok so cruise control is actually working, only issues are the wind shield wipers and the stereo now

Wind shield wipers will not turn on

I just posted a topic not to long ago, but now i want to focus more so on this. I've checked the fuses and switched relays around under the hood and so i assume both are good there. What else could be causing my wind shield wipers to not function? Nothing works on any of the speeds. Not even the washer fluid. I don't hear any sort of noise from the wiper motors when i turn the wiper dial.
