I had already autocrossed it, and saw what it could do; and didn't have more $ for handling mods. The last year it just sat outside under a car cover most of the time.

Sold it for $6,500 to put a dent in the mortgage.

I have owned well over 100 cars but this is the one that I regret selling. It was a 60K mile car and it was a real Boss 302. I have owned three of them but this was my favorite.I sold it to help fund moving to Va because I felt it was a better place to raise my two sons.

The next 4 cars I had to sell when we found out our son had cancer and we needed the money as you can imagine.

Damn, i finally know who the previous owner of this BADASS looking cobra is.
This thing is been the wallpaper of my computer for so long !! That thing is just sick. When did u sell it? And where did it go ? If u dodnt mind me asking.

I think I sold it in 09? It went to another member here, MikeW, where it collected dust in his garage until about a year ago when he sold it. :lol1:

Miss my Datsun everyday, was a '77 280z that I built from a shell all through college being it was much cheaper than the cobra. By the end of it it was running a 1982 l28et from a 280zx with a larger turbo, 440cc injectors, walbro inline pumps, Megasquirt ECU, and 14 psi of boost. Made for a fun car but after school I needed something more practical and I started tearing apart the cobra to rebuild it. Couldn't justify two project cars so it had to go.

00 GT, lots of mods, I pester the new owner every 9-12 months to sell it back. So far no luck.

03 Lightning, mostly stock. Will likely buy another this year or next.

12 boss 302. Lowered, Forgelines. Yes, I miss this [EXPLETIVE DELETED] car. If it hadn't been a lemon I'd still have it. I don't regret selling it, I regret Ford's idiotic decision to cripple it.

10 Camaro SS. Maggie, suspension, HREs. Tried to buy it from my ex three times, even at market value he wouldn't do it.

Don't regret moving on from it, but I do have fond memories of my '02 Acura RSX Type-S - installed a Greddy turbo kit, full Mugen suspension, 18" Racing Hart's, an 05/06 interior swap, Hondata engine management, etc.

It was a great little car, fun as hell to drive.

He is my 2001 Z06 I wish I did not get rid of. It had a stroked LS2 to 418 ci with a F1 series Procharger running 15 psi and it made 770 rwhp and over 700 ftlbs of torque. The mod list is too big to lost unless anyone is interested then I post full mod list.
