Putting in a procharger three core, and it says to :

"Remove the rubber lines running to the
cooler. Cut the supplied rubber power
steering hose into two sections. Using
the provided clamps and hose splices,
install hose sections so that the cooling
lines are spaced far enough forward
to not interfere with the intercooler.
Tighten the cooler lines."

I could be wrong, but last time I was under there i thought they were metal lines, not rubber hoses. Ive seen exactly one trillion pictures of mustangs with intercoolers on the Web and Id say the majority of them dont have this line mounted the way procharger says too. Are y'all installing it behind the intercooler instead of in front? Should I just mount a mini-fluid cooler and run some lines to it? Whatcha think?

I have a pipe bender, can I just bend it and rig it up behind the IC?

Just trying to get all my ducks in a row before GO time.

Pics would be awesome.

Example of hw procharger wants it. I'd rather hide it if possible.

Not my car, thanks to whomever it is.

Mine is mounted in front of the intercooler on my Hellion kit. Though, I bent the brackets differently so the power-steering cooler is not as visible. I also went to the effort of painting the power-steering cooler a bright, metallic silver to blend in with the intercooler. You really can't even notice it.

Good idea, I could shorten that bracket and paint it and it would be a lot less noticeable.

Junk Procharger kits. I cut the bracket down so the cooler is more horizontal. But yes the lines leading up to the cooler are rubber. I Just used some aluminum tubing to splice the lines to make them longer.

they bent theirs a little weird in that photo IMHO.

I extended the lines and went OVER the intercooler piping, you cant see the power steering cooler on my Mach

I actually have my intercooler hung a tad low in these 2 pics, you can see in the first pic where it got moved up into place the cooler ends up right under the bumper foam

Bump with what I went with for future reference.

Fits right behind condenser and cost like 25 bucks.

It's a derale power steering cooler, part number 13223.

I just removed the cooler and looped the lines, been like that for about 5 years with no issues.
