What should a used shortblock, block, or crank with 112k miles on it go for?

Not busted, just used.

I personally wouldn't pay more than $800....There's always someone out there with a blown block just itching for decent deal to get their truck running again.

I'll say $900, I love those trucks so i cannot see them in those conditions.

$500. I don't see why anyone would buy something like that. Stress on metal over time weakens it, it's not just the loss of compression in the cylinders.

Brand new L cranks go for 350 and blocks were ~ 450 last time I looked so you could expect to get 6-800 for the shortblock I'd guess.

Thats kinda what I was thinking, someone doing a 5.4 build could have a forged crank and block for cheapish I'll probably end up letting it go for 700ish shipped, that way even someone who plans to go built can have a decent deal on it.
