Are these definitely 94-04 plates? Because it even though the part number says they are 94-04 plates, if you Google that part number, the plates look totally different (only 3 bolt plates). And if you look at QA1's Fox body plates they look like these, and the instructions in your picture say 1979-1993 on them. Just trying to get things straight because I am interested.

They are for 94-04, the wrong instructions were included

From what I have gathered, this is an older set that uses 4 bolts. You can drill for a fourth bolt to use this design. Also, the newer style (probably the ones you see pictured online) use a cheaper plate with 3 bolts. The plate looks more like a "C" shape and there is no material for a 4th bolt to even be used.
