I'm one of the few farm boys who like window louvers.
I especially like the mach1 with louvers.

The terminator/new edge quarter windows are the wrong shape and angle to make louvers work.
A louver would have to be developed to change the angle of the leading edge of the window and create the illusion of a better trailing edge.
IMO the scoops (any of them) look too large.
I stated a thread in new edge about some louvers I was making from the mustang II.
I wanted to make a start and eventually make some that were less pronounced.
Generally folks chimed in to talk trash on them and some to me directly.
Some folks actually got what I posted the pics for and gave good feedback, that lined up with what i thought could be done.

Most of the available quarter windoow louvers look like accordian blinds and don't match any rear louvers you can get.
I would just tint them as dark as possible

Rear louvers are available in plastic and aluminum.
The fitment is ok.
They can be had at AM or Blue Oval or lethal performance ot sfx performance...
If YOU like the look, then just do it.
It is YOUR car.

Tinting the rear and quarter windows as dark as you can stand and that the state laws will support is a nice look too.
It also gives the interior enclose privacy that louvers give you.
So maybe that will work for you instead of louvers.
I'm going to that look when I get to FL.
