My motor is ready to go back in the car with exception of some minor things. My question is would it be easier to put it in with the motor mounts allready installed or not? Just wondering if theres any pros and cons to each. Thanks
Thats how I did it with my car, takes some finagling with the engine but you'll lin up the holes eventually and it'll just pop right in, i found it to be easiest!
I bolted mine to the motor before I installed it. It was pretty easy to get them lined up with the k-member. I did have to jack up the back of the transmission as I installed the trans and motor as one.
