question about wine age

I have some wine I got in Italy back in 2012 dated 2008. It's been stored on a slightly inclined rack. Is still good?

Should be fine, as long as it was stored with the wine touching the cork. Never want to store any wine for a long period with the cork separated from the wine.

Did it ever have the temperature go over 80 degrees for more than one day?

If not it's probably just fine.
