Question for Ford Service writer/managers

    I went into our DMS and removed mine. Whenever I had to bring my car in for some service I was put behind the back burner. Even when it was warranty, they would take care of everything else before my car. There was a period where they didn't touch it for a week, I had an ESP loaner, but they did manage to put license plate frames on it. I raised absolute holy hell with the service manager who has said in the past if I ever left the whole service department would fall apart. He tried to tell me parts were on backorder then I showed him how not only were they not on backorder, but I had taken the privilege of ordering everything needed for the job and had them there before the car was brought in. The tech working on it told me that he was told to let mine sit. I threatened to bomb the survey or else just remove all my contact info.

    Funny thing about the surveys, my mom got one and tried to open it from her email but something happened so she just never did it. I got called into the SM's office to explain what happened. Apparently opening a survey but not submitting it counts as a "0".
