Hey guy. I plan on doing a 2.6lh setup on my 03 cobra. This is my plan so I would just like some input from you guys to see if I am going in the rite direction.

Kb 2.6lh 18 lbs of boost
60 lbs injecters
Ford GT fuel pumps
Heat Exchanger
Head cooling mod
JLT Cold Air
SCT MAF
BBK LongTubes
BBK Off Road X
K-Member with A-arms and coil overs

Also How much power should I make with that amount of boost. I know that tuning plays a big part of that. The car already has Bassani exhaust. Plus I have a solid axle with 3.73 gears. I know you guys know your stuff when it comes down to this stuff so please steer me in the rite direction.

Thanks
Reco.

Fuel Pump Driver Module. Go to Lethals website for the description. Basically a stock FPDM will over heat and send your pumps into thermal shutdown and your engine will go lean.

look into a different header brand. bbk is not my favorite but rather then tell you, ill just recommend you do a search here or on modularfords. other then that, your mod list looks good.

^^^ You can buy from KB or from a shop. I believe if you buy from a shop they have to install it. So if you are installing it yourself you can only buy from KB. :)

Retarded quote, I have had BBK L/T's on my Cobra pretty much since I've owned it and ZERO problems. They were a snap to install WITH the K-Member in and a VERY good fit and I recommend them to anyone.

You would honestly be better off leaving the stock pumps in and just adding a BAP(Boost-A-Pump). Kenne Bell sells them. With GT Pumps alone, you will max out your duty cycle at around 575-600rwhp. With the stock pumps and a BAP, you will be covered to about 650rwhp. These are just average numbers, but a god guide line to go by. Both of those scenarios are assuming the use of 60lb injectors, as well. I would throw on a modified FPDM as mentioned earlier.

Since you already have the BBK headers on there, just leave them. But if they ever come off, I suggest you look into some Mac ceramic coated long tubes. They are about the same in price, but far better in design. BBK has a kink in one of the drivers side primaries to avoid the steering column. Stupid/lazy design. Not a HUGE disadvantage since you already have them on there, but it does hurt a little bit. This was assuming you already have the BBK's on though. If you DO NOT, get the Mac's over the BBK's. No question.

But main thing I suggest is, use a BAP either way. Use it with the stock pumps only, or add the GT Pumps as well.

Also, look into a BilletFlow IRS brace if you have not already. You WILL want/need one.

And one more thing, don't bother with the SCT MAF. Get the Diablo Sport Mafia. It will easily support the air flow you are looking to achieve and some tuners find it easier to tune with as it still uses the stock MAF. Plus it is a little bit cheaper.

I'm in a good mood, so here are links to all the items I suggested you to purchase. Courtesy of our friends @ Lethal Performance;

Lethal does not carry a BAP, but the guys @ LFP do

Dont have the BBKs just yet. I still have to order headers. I heard from someone else about the MAF extender. I might just try it out to see how it go's. But thank alot for the links. Makes my life easy.

Mine did 592 hp SAE 18psi. Do like previously posted with stock pumps and BAP. My focus pumps couldn't hold in there in the upper RPMs.

Ok, good. Without question, do not get the BBK's. Forgot to mention earlier, but not only does the BBk's have a kink, they do not perfectly match the exhaust ports on our 4v heads. The Mac designed the primaries around the steering column and have correct port matches.

Also, have you thought about a clutch setup?
