Can I run a 2.8 upper with a 4lb lower on unported blower?
If so, will I need larger injecters and a bap?
Should I get a larger coolant tank?
Will a hand held tuner be ok? As of now, I have full exhaust and jlt cai.

I think that you shouldn't run that combo unless ur blower is ported. Some people say it produces alot of heat on a stock Eaton. Also If your going to be pushing that much boost it would be a good idea to upgrade the injectors and add a BAP. The coolant tank choice is up to you. If you get a handheld get it from somewhere that adds a custom tune to it for the mods you have. A handheld with just a generic "performance" tune isn't going to cut it.

Im thinking of doing the same thing and I am going get the killer chiller kit to keep temps down and I have the reisch thermostat to help as well, also will have kooks 1 7/8 lts with a 3 inch to 2.5 xpipe , jlt high boost cai and accufab sltb and plenum, kb bap, mafia, 60lb injectors
